Now I have seen some pretty mischevious ad-ware spy-ware programs out there, but I am having a hard time understanding why a program like that would affect Citrix in this way. This occurs very rarely during a multi-user schedule playback depending on environmental factors, such as time required to complete a login, so do not apply this solution for all schedules. If you get the error and kill the processes and wait a few mintues so that the wfica32.exe process disappears you're back to square one and you'll get the error. With the application window maximized, the chances of a change in relative positions is less, yielding robust playbacks.
Playback failures can result. It is almost as if the spy-ware specifically targeted Citrix. The Citrix test will cause a logout failure, and unexpected windows open the next time that same user attempts to log in. We have disabled session linger.
